From arriving in Australia on a student visa to becoming an Australian citizen, entrepreneur, licensed builder and Registered Migration Agent, Diogo Grecco understands the migration journey from both a personal and professional perspective.

Born in Brazil with family heritage connected to the Middle East, Southern Europe and the Mediterranean, Diogo grew up surrounded by different cultures, languages and traditions from an early age. That multicultural background helped shape his passion for people, international connection and migration long before he began his professional journey in Australia.

Diogo studied Law in Brazil and was recognised for his academic performance, receiving the opportunity to continue his legal studies in Europe, including at the historic University of Coimbra. Before building his life in Australia, he also lived in the United States and Canada, where he developed a strong connection to the construction and workforce industries.

More than a decade ago, Diogo arrived in Australia with ambition, uncertainty and a vision for a better future. Like many migrants, he faced the challenges of adapting to a new country, understanding a different culture, improving his English and building a career from the ground up. He studied carpentry and construction while navigating his own visa journey and gradually built his life and career in Australia through hard work, resilience and determination.

Over the years, Diogo became a licensed builder, developer and entrepreneur operating businesses across the workforce and construction sectors. Through those businesses, he began employing and sponsoring workers from different parts of the world. It was during this process that he discovered his true passion - helping people create opportunities and build futures in Australia.

That vision led him to complete his Australian migration law studies at Griffith University, where he graduated with academic distinction before becoming a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2619381).

Today, Grecco Migration combines migration expertise with real-world industry experience, particularly in employer-sponsored visas, workforce pathways, construction and business-related migration matters. The practice was built for people seeking more than visa assistance - clients who value strategy, communication, honesty and guidance from someone who has personally walked the same path.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, Diogo works with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds across Australia and internationally.
